Event Details

This training is open and free to all 3CX Partners. This training will also prepare attendees for the 3CX Academy certification exam.

Pre-requisites: Knowledge of Microsoft networking technology and concepts.

During this training, you will be able to:

  • Appreciate the painless deployment of the server on a standard Windows machine and get making calls quickly (bring your notebooks XP Pro, Vista Business, Windows 7 Pro min.)
  • Understand how to set up both software and hardware SIP Phone extensions
  • Understand how to set up PSTN gateways for the termination of telephone lines, analogue, ISDN, complete with DID
  • Understand how to set up ITSPs (normal VoIP Providers, and SIP Trunk Providers)
  • Learn about the architecture of 3CX Phone System for Windows
  • Receive tips and hints on how to position 3CX during the sales process and up sell to 3CX Small Business, Pro and Enterprise Editions
  • Learn how to interact with 3CX support when troubleshooting issues
  • Spend the second day with 3CX Technical Support Manager Kevin Attard Compagno for a "new" Advanced Training Workshop
  • Meet with 3CX CEO Nick Galea and North America Channel Manager Brian Conway to discuss sales and marketing throughout the 2 days
